Can I get an email set up on a base plan?
Yes, of course, you can! You can add the same monthly maintenance plan to the “Base” plan that is on the “Plus” plan! You can add it for $74.99/mo.
Am I able to purchase a plan, but not the maintenance package?
Yes, you can. Although I would not recommend doing so, Google ranks your site higher for having a SSL certificate. Another huge factor is continually keeping your plugins up to date. This can save you from bad guys attacking your site!
Can I purchase a maintenance plan without the website attached to it?
Absolutely, I would love to walk you through the options you would have for maintaining your website! Flag 42 specializes in WordPress and as long as you host your site with me, I will take care of the maintenance.
Can I host my site elsewhere?
Totally, although that will forfeit Flag 42’s maintenance plans!
How long does it take to launch my website?
Single-page websites will be completed and launched within 30 days. Larger websites may take longer (60–90 days) based on the amount of content and pages.
Do I need to purchase a domain?
When your site is ready for launch, we will work with your existing domain or assist you in purchasing a new domain.
Do you host e-mail?
No. We suggest using Google’s secure and reliable email suite.
Can I freeze my billing?
Yes. We understand the sudden rainstorm that may hit your business in a given month. Just let us know 10-days prior to your billing date and we’ll be happy to place a 30-day billing freeze on your account. Don’t worry, your website will continue to be up and running during your freeze. You may only freeze once a year.
